  • 1 cup shredded scharfer Cheddar-Käse
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until everything is combined. Leave some of the bacon and green onions to use as garnish after cooking, if you like.

Pour the sauce into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Place in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, until the sauce is golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.
