How to make the finest cheese and garlic keto Christmas tree sticks

  • Place the keto dough between two pieces of parchment paper while you roll it out. This eliminates the possibility of sticking.
  • Make sure the butter isn’t fully melted while making the filling. It should soften to the point where it can spread evenly over the dough.
  • Kerrygold also offers garlic and herb oils, in case you didn’t know. It must be fantastic since my store never carries it, but I was desperate to try it.
  • The dough should be rolled out extremely thinly. You’ll want to be able to easily flip the branches with a smaller piece of dough since you’ll have the filling and two layers of dough.
  • Add slices of pepperoni and dip the breadsticks in your favorite keto marinara sauce to make this meal a heartier starter. Rao’s products are my favorites since they are tasty and have no added sugar!

For the holidays, make a wonderful cheese bread in the form of a Christmas tree!

Keto pastry that is light:

Filling of garlic and cheese:

  • erweicht 1/2 cup or 1 stange butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 big tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 tblsp parsley (dry)

Trim:

  • Optional: Parmesan cheese, chopped

1

Prepare the dough as follows:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly, or until the cheese has fully melted.

2

Incorporate the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husks, baking powder, and salt in a small mixing dish and whisk to combine.

3

Stir the egg and dry ingredients into the melted cheese. Microwave the bowl for another 30 seconds (this helps mix the dry ingredients). When everything is thoroughly combined, roll the dough into a ball.

4

Dividing the dough into two equal portions is a good idea. Place a dough ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out one-quarter inch thick to make a long triangular shape that resembles a Christmas tree. With the remaining dough, make a triangular shape in the same way. Place a triangle on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

5

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

6

To make the cheese and garlic filling, follow these steps:

In a mixing dish, combine all of the filling ingredients. Spread the filling over the dough on a baking sheet coated with baking paper using a spoon or spatula.

7

On top of the filling, place the second triangle dough. To ensure that everything is equally distributed, press down on the edges.

8

Cut 2.5 cm long strips of twigs in the center of the triangle with a knife or a pizza cutter until you reach the bottom of the trunk. Rep on the other side.

9

Take a strip of paper or a twig and gently spin it once. Because the dough may have solidified by this time, flip it over and gently press it. If the dough is too difficult to roll, preheat the baking sheet in the oven for 30 to 60 seconds. To get to the bottom, turn all of the branches.

10

Place them in the oven and bake for 20-28 minutes, or until golden brown. Place foil around the borders of the baking sheet to keep the rolled sticks from burning if they start to brown before they reach the middle.

11

Before dipping, remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes. Have a blast!
