This time around I have a very simple and delicious keto pork tenderloin recipe that you will absolutely love for your next meal!

Bake the pork tenderloins in the oven for an easy, convenient meal! This is my favorite dish when I’m craving a vegetarian dish with meat that my picky family will enjoy, and luckily this cut of meat is extremely easy to prepare. It perfumes your home, is delicious every time and is a great alternative to chicken or beef.

I love that the pork tenderloin sears shut in the pan, giving it a wonderful flavor, and you can pour a spoonful of juice over it before serving for a wonderfully juicy piece of pork. Yummy!

Tips for preparing hippie recipes:

    • I like to use my cast iron skillet to sear the pork tenderloin, as it makes for a nice crust. However, if you don’t have a cast iron pan, you can use another pan that is suitable for the oven.
    • This idea can be adapted to how you want to season the dish. For a 1.5-pound pork tenderloin, 2 to 3 teaspoons are ideal, but you can also make your own blend from your favorite spices.
    • Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the oven, so a meat thermometer is very handy. According to pork.org, pork tenderloin should be at least 145 degrees for medium and 160 degrees for medium/good. I cooked it to about 155 and decided it was perfect.

Here’s a great way to prepare a tender, juicy pork tenderloin that’s perfectly seasoned!

  • 1 und 1/2 Pfund Schweinelende
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix together all the spices. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel. Brush the pork with the spice mixture and rub it so that it is evenly coated.

Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Put the pork in the pan and brown it on both sides with a kitchen tong. This will take about 10 minutes.

Place the dish with the pork in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the meat halfway through the cooking time. Stick a thermometer in the middle and check that the pork tenderloin is cooked to at least 145 degrees for medium rare and 160 degrees for medium well.

Let the pork rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Pour the pan juices over the pork.

Serve the pork tenderloin with the sautéed vegetables of your choice! I cooked brussels sprouts in the fryer that day and also reheated some frozen cauliflower puree from the supermarket, because it’s so convenient! You can also make your own mashed cauliflower if you have the time.
