These keto strawberry blondies are so good I’m sure you’ll want to make them over and over again. They’re also very low carb and fat, so it’s a recipe you can eat guilt-free.

Blondie is one of my favorite desserts, and this recipe also adds a strawberry flavor that I’m sure you’ll love. I used ChocZero’s new strawberry chips in this keto blondie recipe and was very impressed with the results. I’m already obsessed with all the ChocZero chocolates, but this might be my new favorite!
Blondes on Keto!
If you’ve never tried a blondie, you’re in for a treat! Blondies are essentially brownies without the chocolate, and the flavor is given by the brown sugar. Since we live a keto lifestyle, we replace the high-carb brown sugar with Swerve’s no-carb brown sweetener to get the traditional blonde flavor without the added sugar.
Tips for making the best Keto strawberry blondies
- I stuck to this recipe for the traditional blondie style, but you can modify it by adding macadamia nuts or even unsweetened coconut. These additives go well with the strawberry flavor.
- Be sure to remove the keto blondie from the oven after 25 minutes. Yes, they may not seem cooked, but trust me, they will be firm within 30 minutes to an hour. They should not be overcooked, and the blondies should be soft and chewy.
- I used maple extract which brought out the strawberry flavor perfectly. Don’t you have maple extract on hand? Don’t worry about it. You can try using your favorite extract that you already have in the pantry to enhance the flavor profile.
Keto Strawberry Blond

Soft and chewy low-carb blondies get a fresh, fruity twist with the addition of new strawberry chocolate chips from ChocZero!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper in a 9×9 baking dish and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the butter, keto brown sugar and monk fruit until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs and maple extract. Stir until everything is combined. Set the bowl aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder and sea salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
Add the strawberry slices to the batter. Pour the batter onto the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour before slicing. It is important to let them cool down during this time, so they can harden properly. Have fun!
