Miracle Noodle has been a staple product in my pantry for over six years. Miracle Noodles’ low-allergen, zero-carbohydrate, low-calorie, and high-protein, zero-sugar, and zero-carbohydrate recipes have been a lifesaver for me and my family. I have made many recipes from Miracle Noodle, and have never had a bad experience. In fact, a few of my own children are now using Miracle Noodles as their main source of protein. I am so grateful for the low-carb miracle that Miracle Noodle has made my life so much easier!
Have you ever been in a situation where you are on a diet, and you can’t quite stick to it the way you want to? You have tried everything, and you are still not satisfied. You know that you should be eating cleaner, but you just can’t find the will power to do it. It is almost like an addiction to you. The only way to get rid of that addiction is to break it. That is where Miracle Noodles come in. They are zero calories, low in carbs, and keto friendly. Best of all, they taste great! They are packed with protein and they give you the energy you need to make healthier choices.
Miracle Noodle is an American brand of instant noodle products that is available in 8 varieties: Original, Chicken Noodle, Sweet & Sour, Original-style Chicken, Chicken With Broccoli, Mixed Veggies With Chicken, Mixed Veggies With Beef, and Cheese & Beef. Each variety is made with zero calories, no carbs, and is keto friendly, but each variety includes a different amount of carbohydrates per serving.
Because adjusting to the ketogenic lifestyle may be difficult for newcomers, why not evaluate ketogenic products? You’re undoubtedly divided between reducing your daily carb consumption, boosting healthy fats, and attempting to reduce weight. There will be no bread, bagels, doughnuts, sweets, root vegetables, and so on.
And there’s spaghetti. Pasta is not allowed on the keto diet.
So, what can you do if you have a pasta craving?
You can make tasty low-carb pasta dishes right in your own kitchen. Summer is approaching, and our home will be packed with family and friends in June and July. Some of them are low-carb, and they are always willing to eat anything we provide!
Spiralized zucchini is now widely available, and it’s delicious mixed with pesto or a low-carb sauce. You may also make homemade mozzarella cheese noodles or cauliflower gnocchi. There are so many foods to choose from for all kinds of ketogenic diets!
They’re excellent options, but they may take a long time to prepare and the texture can be wrong. They also don’t always strike the mark. Thankfully, there are more pasta alternatives to choose from. We hope you find this review useful in your search for a low-calorie, low-carb alternative to traditional pasta.

What is the flavor of Miracle Noodles?
It’s really a little tough to put into words. I’d compare it to rice noodles, although it has a somewhat distinct texture. Don’t be put off by the odor when you first open the box. A specific preparation procedure helps you get rid of the odor so they’re ready to consume.
Their texture transforms from somewhat slimy to tasting like spaghetti after going through a few stages we’ve described for you below in this review. If you don’t cook them properly (please don’t eat them right out of the box), the odds of you like them are little to none. Later, we’ll go through how to prepare them and get rid of the fishy odor.
Miracle Noodles are one of our all-time favorite components for a fast and filling dinner. We mostly utilize the Miracle Noodle brand, which we shall discuss today. They offer a wide range of choices, including shirataki rice! As long as you follow the cooking instructions carefully, you’ll get a dinner that nearly tastes like normal spaghetti.
Are Miracle Noodles really keto-friendly?
Konjac flour, also known as glucomannan, is used to make Miracle Noodles. It’s a dietary fiber that’s completely soluble and fermentable. Konjac plants, which are endemic to Asia, have it in their roots.
Miracle Noodles are calorie-free!
Miracle noodles, shirataki noodles, and konjac noodles are all names for the same thing. There are no calories, sugar, fat, carbohydrate, or protein in konjac flour. This is why they make a great gluten-free ketogenic diet supplement.
To be honest, it doesn’t matter what type of diet you’re on or what limitations you have on your diet. Even if you are lactose intolerant or allergic to nuts, konjac noodles will not cause you any problems. We’re awarding them a golden “welcoming to everyone” star!
Are Miracle Noodles good for you?
Shirataki noodles are made up of 97% water and 3% fiber. You may question whether they have any health advantages since they have almost minimal calories (5 kcal per serving) and no major macronutrients. It’s very unexpected, yet they do! They include satiating soluble fiber and prebiotics to assist digestion, as well as helping to maintain blood sugar levels.
We’ll go through everything in depth in this review. Konjac noodles are also appropriate for a variety of diets. Not to mention the fact that this is a meal with almost no calories! Great choice for individuals looking to get in shape for the summer months of June, July, and August!
The use of konjac noodles is beneficial in the following situations:
1. Weight loss
Glucomannan, the soluble fiber miracle noodles are composed of, has been shown in many trials to aid weight reduction. It makes you feel fuller quicker, reducing the urge to consume more. A research found that when patients supplemented with glucomannan for eight weeks, they dropped an average of 5.5 pounds more! Isn’t it fantastic?
2. Keeping blood sugar levels in check
Glucomannan, a thick, viscous soluble fiber, helps to prolong stomach emptying, balancing blood sugar levels and preventing insulin surges after eating. It has been shown in a number of trials to assist people with insulin resistance and diabetes reduce their blood sugar levels!
3. Cholesterol reduction
Glucomannan aids in the enhanced excretion of cholesterol by the body. It may aid in the reduction of excessive triglycerides and the reduction of “bad” LDL cholesterol by preventing it from returning to the circulation. To put it another way, the quicker it leaves your body, the less cholesterol you will have.
4. Constipation relief
If you suffer from constipation on a regular basis, miracle noodles may assist. Glucomannan has been clinically shown to aid in the relief of difficult-to-pass bowel motions. While this is a positive trait, it may also be a negative for others.
Note: Konjac noodles may cause stomach issues in some individuals. Bloating, many visits to the toilet, and gas are the most common symptoms. We’ve never experienced any of these problems, and glucomannan works well for us, but we felt it was worth noting to everyone. Particularly if you have a history of stomach sensitivity!
How do you prepare Miracle Noodles?
Miracle Noodles are simple to make and taste great with a variety of spices. However, there are a few procedures that must be followed in order for them to taste excellent. Without these stages, our evaluation would be incomplete, so don’t miss them or you’ll wind up with a strange texture and odor. Actually, don’t take a whiff of them soon after you open the package since it may throw you off. They have a distinct fishy odor, but following the instructions below can help you get rid of it.
DRAIN WELL IN THE FIRST STEP
Remove the konjac noodles from the package and drain thoroughly using a colander. You may use a basic pasta strainer or a fine mesh sieve, depending on the kind of miracle noodles you purchase.
STEP 2: RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE RINSE
Using hot, preferably boiling water, rinse thoroughly. Do it at least three times, but five is the sweet spot for getting rid of the fishy odor and achieving ideal texture. Some reviews suggested rinsing them with cold water when we first heard about them years ago, but we prefer the boiling water approach.
PAT DRY IN STEP 3
Pat dry after washing to remove the majority of the moisture.
SAUTÉ (STEP 4)
Sauté for 3-5 minutes in a dry, non-stick pan. This stage will dry the konjac noodles as much as possible – the goal is to remove all of the water. Please note that there is no need to add any oil to the pan!
STEP 5: INTRODUCE SOME FLAVOR
Add any sauces or spices you like, then stir in the other ingredients for a few minutes to allow the noodles to absorb all of the sauce’s flavor.
Is it possible to buy Miracle Noodles at a store?
Yes! You can find them in Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Publix and more. Use their Store Locator to find stores near your location. If you don’t feel like leaving your house and prefer to order online, the company offers FREE shipping on all orders. Yep, we love free shipping just as much as you do.
Miracle Noodles caters to customers by providing a variety of low-carb diet choices. Years ago, there were very few ketogenic items available in stores. Forget about diversity and feedback from customers. On the brand’s website, you can read a lot of product reviews (Amazon has plenty of reviews as well).

Recipes for Miracle Noodles that are low in carbs
Miracle Noodles may be used in an infinite variety of ways. Seriously, the options are endless, and it’s impossible to go wrong with this keto replacement ingredient. Consider a dish that calls for ordinary pasta and replace it with a miraculous noodle. We definitely wouldn’t have evaluated them if you asked us years ago to give helpful advice on how to consume them since they were so new to the ketogenic realm.
Since summer is approaching, we’ll be hosting some non-ketogenic visitors in June and July. I’m fairly sure they haven’t tried Miracle Noodles yet, so I’m interested to hear their thoughts on them.
Take a look at these recipes:
- Low Carb Pasta Alfredo With Sausage – in less than half an hour, you can create this delicious dish! It’s very cheesy, and although Matt used Italian sausage, you can use whatever protein you like, including chicken or shrimp. The fettuccini noodle was used in this pasta dish.
- Keto Pad Thai is a simple stir fry for anybody who like Asian-inspired dishes. You may prepare it using chicken, shrimp, or tofu to make it completely vegetarian.
- Cauliflower Fried Rice — replace the cauliflower with rice noodles! There are lots of recipes that call for cauliflower instead of rice, but if you want to mix things up a little, try the Miracle Noodle no-calorie rice alternative.
We hope you found this review useful, whether you’re looking for a fantastic pasta and rice replacement or just want more variety in your meals. One of our favorite ways to replace rice and carb-heavy pasta is with konjac noodles and rice. If you want to create a soup, replace a rice noodle, or enjoy a simple Asian inspired or Italian meal that tastes just like the genuine thing, Miracle Noodles will not let you down!
