Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to broil.

  • Use a silicone mat or parchment paper to line a baking sheet, or leave it unlined (it will only be in the oven for 2 minutes). Lay the pepperoni slices out on the baking pan in a single layer.

  • 1 1/2 to 2 minutes in the oven Keep an eye on them when the edges begin to brown.

  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes after transferring from the baking sheet to a platter. The pepperoni will harden over time. Serve and have fun!

  • Note: You may make the chips using whatever pepperoni or salami you like, but the nutrients will differ.
